Christian Missions Training
The Global Missions Leadership Certificate (GMLC) is a free, one-year, coach-led online program designed to equip emerging and experienced leaders for global ministry.
Rooted in biblical foundations and practical leadership development, GMLC prepares you to serve as a church planter, tentmaker, or nonprofit leader. The program is accepted for nine graduate credits at Newbridge Leadership Institute.
Preparing to be a Missionary is Rewarding!
The GMLC is a structured, personal development program presented in a graduate-level ministry training program format. By doing so, participants are “eased-in” a pathway to pursue graduate-level education. And, for those with existing graduate level learning experience, this provides a standardized method of program delivery.
Pre field Missionary Training
(Good for long-time workers, too!)
The GMLC combines theological insight, spiritual formation, and practical leadership skills—delivered entirely online and supported by personal coaching. So whether you are pre field or well experienced, this program is designed to encourage you!
