Life Development International (LDI) exists to equip believers for effective cross-cultural ministry—whether they serve across the street or across the globe. We offer a range of training pathways that combine biblical depth, practical leadership development, and personalized coaching.
Our mission drives us to prepare and partner with national and international workers through missions training retreats, online leadership development, and discipleship travel programs. We believe that every believer can grow in clarity, competence, and spiritual maturity as they respond to God’s call to the nations.

What LDI Stands For
LDI is the commonly used abbreviation when people talk about Life Development International. The first letter is for Life, reminding us that learning is holistic for all areas of our journey, not just an intellectual exercise. D is for Development, representing our organization’s goal to help believers grow from faith to faith, from victory to victory. I is for International- the scope of our partnerships and alumni.

What We Believe
We believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried; the third day He rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
We believe all Scripture is given by inspiration of God and that the Bible provides a complete and sufficient revelation of His will for salvation and conduct.
We believe in the Great Commission; to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the uttermost parts of the earth. Amen.
