What Will You Learn?

Cross-Cultural Ministry
(Church Planting)

Guided by the Great Commands and Great Commission, this course encourages the participant to develop a personal philosophy of cross-cultural ministry. Embedded in this course is further explorations in Bible orality and contextualized discipleship program development.

Interpersonal Leadership
(Shepherding)

Leaders have a lot to juggle: family, relationships, faith, work, health, and finances, and then have to care for others in all these domains. With a practical perspective, this fast-paced course is designed to equip leaders for caring for members serving in multi-cultural environments.

Non-Profit Organizational Leadership

From project stewardship to dynamic partnerships and organizational management, this module explores project sustainability, as well as system design and the principles of standardization that can help teams focus on results and relationships.

What's next after completing the LDI-GMLC program?

The LDI-Global Missions Leadership Certificate can be transferred to Newbridge Leadership Institute for up to nine credits towards a master’s degree. The remaining 22 credits for a master’s degree can be achieved through a similar pathway using the CREST program of Newbridge Leadership Institute.
